Introducing Lou Lou, my beloved Mother, and forever inspiration to serve those embarking on the dementia journey.

Have you received a recent dementia related diagnosis?

Are you feeling lost?

You are not alone.

Sara Kelly is available to guide you through finding resources to help you and your loved ones as they begin this new chapter of life.

Why work with Sara?

Life is about special moments shared with loved ones. Embracing an elderly parent becomes challenging when the beloved suffers from a form of dementia.

My mission is to provide support and guidance to family members with a broad understanding of care options available. Make cherished moments brighter knowing your parent(s) will receive the loving care so deserved when transitioning through the constant changes that occur in their life and yours.

The loss of my mother to vascular dementia opened my heart to founding a relationship-focused journey shared with clients who face the challenges presented with a dementia sufferer. Two years ago, I joined UCI Mind as a volunteer advocate in the Speakers Series to gain additional medical knowledge of dementia. My attendance and participation in seminars and webinars has broadened my medical understanding of the diseases and given me hope with the progress being made from early diagnosis and care, lessening the memory loss.

Let me share my hope with you.

How can I help you and your loved one?

For eight years my mom‘s geriatric psychiatrist and I worked on her personality
changes. We met every three weeks at mom’s board and care home. Always
tweaking medications and learning how to deal with her aggression, fear and ever changing sleeping habits as well as sundowners.

I have walked this path and can provide clear steps to help you navigate your own journey through personal experience, an extensive network and a desire to serve.
